2. Tags Attached: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached to the items. This includes any hangtags, price tags, and brand labels.
3. Unworn and Unwashed: Clothing items should not have been worn or washed. Please ensure that there are no stains, odors, or signs of wear on the garments.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a return. You can contact us via [contact methods, such as email or phone].
2. Provide Information: When contacting us, please provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you want to return the items. This information will help us process your return more efficiently.
3. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the items.
4. Package the Items: Pack the items securely in their original packaging, if possible, to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt inside the package.
5. Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for your return.
